- Validity: Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Please check your gift card expiration date and redeem it before it expires.
- Advance Reservations: Required to redeem your gift card. Provide the gift card ID number when making appointments via the Reservation Center at +6622622122 or LINE @oasisspa.
- Activation Requirement: Activation requires the gift card user’s name, phone number, and email.
- Gift Card Presentation: Present the gift card number at the spa to redeem services.
- Arrival Time: Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
- Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and intended for the designated user only after activation.
- Service Availability: Redemptions are subject to service availability.
- Exclusive Use: Gift cards cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, gift certificate purchasing or Oasis Spa Membership.
- Non-Cash Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable for the indicated treatment only and are nonrefundable.
- Lost/Stolen Cards: Oasis Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Shipping: The gift box will be mailed to your specified address within 3 working days after payment. Oasis Spa is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
